Refunds and returns
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, no returns, exchanges or refunds are possible at this time. Please note that all the sales are final, without the possibility for change.
The Beauty Empire holds and reserves the right to decline and refuse all incoming returns. The shipping costs of these returns will fall on the sender.
Cancellation

Damaged goods
If the products is received damaged as a result from the shipping, it can be exchanged for an even exchange of the same product. As a proof of the damaged goods, please take a photo of the damaged item and send it to www.thebeautyempiresalon@gmail.com It should be done no later than 5 business days from receiving the product. There are no shipping costs for the new products.

The priority shipping time is 2 to 3 days.
International shipping time is 8 to 10 days.
Standard shipping time 5 to 8 days
The Beauty Empire holds no responsibility for the shipping when it leaves the facility. Upon your order, you will receive a unique tracking number. The final date of the receiving the package depends on the postal service or mail carrier.
